A good planner can make all the difference. Scheduling is a hard thing for so many, I used to just use my phone, but one glitch and I lost so much. Paper is the way to go, less hacking and technical issues for sure. I tried a personal growth Planner and loved it, I learned so much about myself and how I function best. Thanks for the post.
